Little Patients, Big Decisions: Triaging the Sick Child
This webinar explores how to confidently triage unwell children over the phone, including recognising key red-flag symptoms. Participants will learn how to assess severity using structured clinical questioning, determine when care can safely wait until the next day, and identify when escalation to urgent care or the Emergency Department is required. The session also covers when to refer families to Healthdirect and how to apply consistent, safe decision-making frameworks to minimise risk in telephone-based assessments.

Dermatology Update
